A series of home extensions, listed building works and garage proposals are among the latest Weymouth planning applications submitted to Dorset Council.
At 14A Great George Street, a listed building application (P/LBC/2026/03906) seeks consent for the demolition of a boundary wall and existing garage, with a replacement garage and first-floor storage area.
Other householder applications include P/HOU/2026/03907 at 19 Clarendon Avenue for a single-storey extension and front entrance canopy; P/HOU/2026/03712 at 506 Littlemoor Road for two-storey side and rear extensions; and P/HOU/2026/03717 at Greystones, Nottington Lane, for a garden room extension and raised garage roof.
A separate proposal, P/HOU/2026/03988, has been submitted for 99 Chafeys Avenue to replace a flat-roof rear extension, while P/CLP/2026/04091 at 4 Almond Grove seeks a certificate of lawful development for enclosing existing external basement access steps with a lightweight timber-framed glazed structure and pitched roof.
The applications are among the latest planning submissions published by Dorset Council for the Weymouth area. All remain open for public comment before planning officers make their decisions.
