A planning application has been submitted to Dorset Council to convert vacant buildings at 106 St Mary Street and 5 Coburg Place in Weymouth. The site was previously used by Weymouth College and sits close to the seafront. The plans would create commercial units on the ground floor, with two flats above. The homes would include one one-bedroom flat and one two-bedroom flat.
