The Pleasure Pier on the Weymouth Peninsula is to close temporarily from next Monday for essential maintenance. Dorset Council confirmed the site will be shut until the twenty-first of July as part of a wider harbour walls repair scheme. The project aims to preserve the historic structure and boost the long-term resilience of the harbour.
